1. Waste Collection Services

NQ Waste provides residential and other waste collection services in designated service areas. Service availability, collection schedules, accepted materials, and pricing depend on your location and selected service plan.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate service information and ensuring that waste and recycling containers are accessible on scheduled collection days.

NQ Waste reserves the right to modify collection schedules when necessary due to weather, holidays, equipment failures, road conditions, landfill closures, safety concerns, or other operational circumstances.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Place garbage and recycling containers in the designated collection location by the applicable collection time.
• Follow our instructions regarding acceptable materials, container placement, weight limits, and preparation of waste for collection.
• Avoid placing hazardous materials, prohibited waste, or improperly prepared materials in containers.
• Maintain safe and unobstructed access to collection areas.
• Keep their account and contact information accurate and up to date.

Additional charges or service limitations may apply to prohibited materials, excessive waste, additional containers, special pickups, or other services outside the customer’s selected plan, as disclosed by NQ Waste.

3. Pricing, Billing, and Payments

Service rates, billing frequency, applicable taxes, and additional fees will be communicated during signup or through subsequent customer notices.

Customers authorize NQ Waste and its designated payment processor to charge the payment method provided for applicable service fees in accordance with the selected billing arrangement.

Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and ensuring that payments are made when due. Failed payments, overdue balances, or other billing issues may result in service interruption, additional charges where permitted, or account termination.

Any advertised pricing, promotions, or special offers are subject to their stated eligibility requirements and terms.

4. Service Delays and Interruptions

Although NQ Waste makes reasonable efforts to provide reliable and timely collection, pickup times cannot be guaranteed.

Service may be delayed or interrupted due to weather, holidays, vehicle breakdowns, staffing issues, disposal facility restrictions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

When appropriate, NQ Waste may notify customers of delays, revised pickup schedules, or other service changes through text message, email, telephone, or other available communication channels.

5. Account Changes and Cancellations

Customers may contact NQ Waste to request changes to their service, account information, or collection arrangements.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through our designated customer service channels. Any applicable notice requirements, outstanding balances, or billing adjustments will be handled in accordance with the customer’s service agreement and applicable law.

NQ Waste reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, repeated violations of service requirements, unsafe conditions, misuse of services, or other legitimate reasons, subject to applicable law.

6. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or engage in activity that could damage our systems or compromise the security of other users.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from NQ Waste.

After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive the applicable text messages unless you subsequently opt in again.

Opting out of SMS messages does not cancel your waste collection service or any payment obligations.
